Wirraglen continues to move forward, with Development Approval now received for the next precinct within the estate — another exciting milestone in the ongoing growth of the community.

The approval for the Reconfiguring a Lot application allows the project team to now progress to detailed engineering design in preparation for lodging the forthcoming Operational Works application. Once approved, construction can commence on 96 new homesites, delivering another carefully planned stage of quality residential land to Highfields.
The upcoming releases will feature lot sizes ranging from 638m2 to 1119m2, with an average lot size of 755 m2, continuing Wirraglen’s commitment to providing spacious, thoughtfully designed homesites that suit a range of lifestyles and home designs.
